Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) History of mental illness for more than 3 months, meeting the diagnostic criteria of any type of mental disorders outlined in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, 3rd Edition (CCMD-3), including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, manic disorder, schizophrenia, etc. (2) Age between 15 and 29 years old, regardless of gender. (3) Availability of laboratory test results for prolactin and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels, along with nurse-administered suicide risk assessment scale (NGASR) and aggression behavior assessment scale. (4) Obtained informed consent and signature from the patient or guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with conditions such as prolactinoma, pituitary tumors, and endocrine system disorders. (2) Female patients who are lactating, pregnant, or have recently taken oral contraceptives. (3) Patients with organic mental disorders.
