Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-75 years old, male or female, who underwent laparoscope-assisted radical resection of rectal cancer plus preventive loop ileal stomy ? The surgery time was more than 3 months from the last operation or 8 weeks from the last chemotherapy ? The patient requested the operation and signed the informed consent ? Cardiopulmonary function can tolerate surgery and there is no contraindication of surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Age = 75 years old or =18 years old ? Patients with radiation enteritis or anastomotic stenosis need intestinal resection or anastomotic reconstruction at the same time ? Patients with parastostomy hernia or local abdominal wall defect need abdominal wall repair at the same time ? Severe abdominal adhesions were found in the first operation ? Imaging examination of tumor patients indicated distant metastasis ? = 3 months from the first operation ? Other patients not suitable for laparoscopic surgery ? Cardiopulmonary function is difficult to tolerate surgery and there are surgical contraindications
