18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) First thyroid surgery; b) Total thyroidectomy and/or bilateral central lymph node dissection, intraoperative parathyroid autotransplantation, postoperative hypoparathyroidism; c) Subject sign informed consent in person.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) History of chronic liver and kidney diseases, ischemic heart disease, diabetes and other related underlying diseases; b) patients undergoing neck surgery; c) Patients undergoing radiotherapy to the neck; d) Patients with concurrent parathyroid disease; e) Patients with preoperative serum parathyroid hormone and/or calcium abnormalities; f) Patients taking calcium supplements for other reasons.
