Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)It meets the diagnostic criteria of sleep disorders in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Chinese Adults formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2017, and the total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was> 7; 2)Age 60, male and female; 3)No related treatment for sleep disorders in the last 3 months; 4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 4)Informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with mental illness and their inability to communicate normally; 2)Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency or patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 3)Wrist and ankle parts have obvious inflammation, eczema, rupture and other conditions; 4)Halneedle or alcohol allergy.
