Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury in the American Society of Orthopedic Surgeons' Journal of Shoulder Surgery and have been diagnosed through clinical history, symptoms, signs, and imaging examinations; (2) Conservative treatment is not effective and all patients undergo arthroscopic repair surgery; (3) Patients undergoing rotator cuff repair surgery for the first time; (4) Unilateral rotator cuff injury; (5) Patients with normal shoulder joint mobility before injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There has been a history of shoulder surgery and trauma in the past 6 months; (2) Shoulder joint fracture, dislocation, or instability of the scapula; (3) Patients with lip injury, upper limb peripheral nerve injury, and acromioclavicular arthritis; (4) Individuals with severe organ dysfunction, blurred consciousness, or mental illness; (5) Individuals with unstable shoulder joints and multiple injuries such as fractures and fractures; (6) Patients using anticoagulant drugs
