Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No inclusion criteria for pregnant women . Infants inclusion criteria: No previous history of RSV infection; Conforming to the diagnosis of pneumonia or bronchiolitis (the diagnostic criteria for bronchiolitis refer to the consensus of experts in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of bronchiolitis (2014 version), and the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia refer to the diagnostic and treatment standards for children's community acquired pneumonia); Those who undergo RSV antigen or nucleic acid testing.

Exclusion criteria
