18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for asthma; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. Stable asthma, that is, no change in maintenance treatment plan, no respiratory infection or acute asthma attack within 4 weeks before enrollment; 4. No use of systemic glucocorticoids 4 weeks before enrollment; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any asthma medications included in GINA step therapy had been used at the time of screening; 2. Accompanied by other respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, etc.), chronic diseases of the immune system, malignant tumors, uncontrolled severe hypertension, heart disease, severe diabetes, etc. 3. Patients who had undergone heart, lung or thoracic surgery; 4. Current smokers or smoking =15 pack-years; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. With a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 7. Unable to cooperate with sputum induction, pulmonary function test or questionnaire survey.
