Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Primary or secondary severe brain injury, including traumatic brain injury, ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, eta; ?GCS score=8 points; ?Age=18 years old; ?Onset of brain injury within 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Previous severe central and peripheral nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy, hepatic encephalopathy Guillain Barre syndrome, etc; ?Previous severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; ?Brain death has occurred; ?Family members refused to participate in the experiment; ?Abandoning treatment or transferring to another hospital during the monitoring period; ?Patients lost follow-up; ?Teenagers under the age of 18; ?Pregnant and parturient women.
