18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. The patient met the Berlin diagnostic criteria for ARDS, 100mmHg < PaO2/FiO2 <= 300mmHg; 3. The onset time of ARDS is less than 48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients with contraindications to PPV, including recent thoracofacial/thoracic surgery, intracranial hypertension, spinal/pelvic instability, and massive hemoptysis; 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Severe pneumothorax; 5. Immediate tracheal intubation ventilator assisted breathing; 6. Recent active bleeding in the respiratory tract or lungs; 7. Deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism with therapeutic anticoagulation < 48 hours; 8. History of COPD; 9. Refuse to participate in this researcher.
