Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-80 years old; The course of the disease is 1-6 months; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury and is diagnosed clearly through spinal CT or MRI examination, with stable vital signs; ? Improved Ashworth grading of affected limbs<2 levels; ? For the first time of onset ? No cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with examinations and treatments; Willing to follow guidance and have a good desire for rehabilitation and good family support; Volunteer to participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, as well as other serious diseases that may affect the study, are not suitable for rehabilitation training; ? Malignant tumor patients; ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with training; ? Mental illness, unable to cooperate with training; Severe aphasia, visual and auditory impairments; ? Having metal or electronic device implants (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, aneurysm clips, internal fixation devices after ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery, etc.); ? Combined pregnancy; ? Participating in other clinical researchers during the same period; ? The skin integrity of the electrode placement site is damaged, or it is allergic to the electrode gel or adhesive.
