80 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria (Patients had to meet all of the following criteria to be eligible) : ? age =80 years old; ? Non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) diagnosed in hospital records, including newly diagnosed and previously diagnosed; ? receiving NOAC treatment; ? hospitalized patients; ? signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (patients were excluded if they met any of the following criteria) : ? Valvular atrial fibrillation (after mechanical valve implantation and moderate to severe mitral valve stenosis) ? NOAC=3d; ? life expectancy less than one year; ? Refusal to sign informed consent.
