Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18; 2. Diagnosed as intra-abdominal infection; 3. APACHE II score = 10 or combined with sepsis (SOFA score = 2); 4. Gram negative bacteria were found in blood cultures; 5. Able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death within 48 hours of admission; 2. The bacterial cultures are negative; 3. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (single liver or kidney SOFA score =3 points) 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Participating other clinical trials in the previous 4 weeks;
