Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with the first stroke hemiplegia, who meet the stroke diagnostic criteria of "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and are confirmed by CT or MRI examination; (2) Age 18-75 years old; (3) The course of the disease is within 6 months after stroke; (4) MMSE score= 21 points; (5) The patient's upper limb modified Ashworth grade = grade 2, Brunnstrom stage =?. (6) International standard eye chart examination, binocular visual acuity or corrected visual acuity =1.0; (7) The patient or his or her family signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with severe cognitive impairment and speech impairment who cannot cooperate with training; (2) Hemiblindness, visual impairment patients; (3) Patients with vestibular dysfunction such as vertigo and tinnitus; (4) patients with severe bone and joint diseases and serious cardiopulmonary diseases (5) condition deteriorates.
