Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the NIA-AA diagnostic criteria for dementia; (2) Age range from 60 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Those with moderate (CDR=2.0) and severe (CDR=3.0) dementia according to CDR; (4) The scores of the Simple Intelligence Mental Inventory (MMSE) were: illiteracy<17 points, primary school education<20 points, and secondary school and above education<24 points; (5) Informed consent and voluntary cooperation with this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) There are other diseases that may cause cognitive impairment; (3) Other neurological diseases that may have been related to cognitive impairment in the past; (4) Patients who cannot fully cooperate and complete the examination; (5) Patients with concomitant mental system diseases; (6) Long term use of drugs to improve cognitive function, as well as the impact of alcohol and drug abuse on efficacy evaluation; (7) Patients who are intolerant or allergic to the drugs used in this study.
