Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis (2020 Edition)"; Ii. Without acute complications of important organs such as the heart, kidneys, and brains; Iii. Without severe gastrointestinal dysfunction (such as functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.); Iv. Without history of lower limb fractures or surgeries; v. The subjects have a certain level of reading ability and voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Don't meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; Ii. Present or past mental system disorders such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse; III. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system, such as clinically significant heart rate abnormalities, unstable angina, and alanine aminotransferase exceeding the upper limit of normal by more than one time; IV. Diabetes patients who have serious complications, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, kidney failure, liver failure, severe lung infection, cancer, etc., which have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients; v. Unable to cooperate in completing this study. If any of the above is' yes', it cannot be included in the study.
