Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic criteria as outlined in the "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Diseases" established by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. ? Aged between 20 and 59 years. ? Refrain from any therapies that could potentially influence the assessment of study outcomes during the experimental period of this research. ? Voluntarily participate in this study, cooperate with medical scheduling, and provide informed consent by signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with specific lumbar pain conditions such as lumbar disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, and other bone and joint or spinal canal-related abnormalities are excluded. ? Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal disorders are excluded. ? Participants currently enrolled in other clinical trials are excluded. ? Individuals with a history of spinal surgery, spinal injury or deformity, and fractures are excluded. ? Patients with acute infections, cancer, rheumatic autoimmune diseases, psychiatric disorders, and other such conditions are excluded. ? Individuals with primary sexual dysfunction are excluded.
