Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed in accordance with the 2020 AAO-HNS Meniere's disease guidelines,all were older than 18 years and younger than 80 years of age, all had no positive neurological signs, and at least one of the objective findings of cranial nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI) and cranial brain computed tomography (CT) ruled out central nervous system (CNS) lesions leading to vertigo and hearing loss, and their blood pressures and blood glucose were normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient was pregnant or breastfeeding, had a major medical condition, had a psychiatric condition, had a history of ototoxic drug application, otitis media and ear trauma, was allergic to glycerol, suffered from uraemia, haemolytic anaemia, diabetes mellitus, and renal insufficiency.
