Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suitable for appropriate for gestational age premature infants admitted to NICU (32 weeks = birth gestational age<37 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Those who fail the hearing screening; b) Patients with craniocerebral diseases, intracranial hemorrhage of grade III or above, and central nervous system diseases; c) Genetic metabolic disease, congenital malformation, and surgical operation during the study period; d) Those who used sedatives and mechanical ventilation during the study period; e) Those who suffer from deterioration, abandonment of treatment, or death; f) The mother of the child has serious heart disease.
