Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for aMCI group a) Meets the diagnostic criteria of MCI; b) Age 55-75 years old; c) Native Chinese, right handed; d) Compared with the normal state within the past 5 years, there is a subjective sustained memory decline or cognitive impairment, which has been confirmed by its nursing staff; e) Daily living ability (ADL) remains normal, with a score of = 18 on the ADL scale (14 items), informed consent, and voluntary participation; f) No contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (such as claustrophobia, presence of metal implants in the body, etc.); g) Only those who meet all the inclusion criteria mentioned above can be included in the group. Inclusion criteria for HC group a) There have been no abnormalities in the medical examination reports of the third tier hospitals in the past three years; b) Age 55-75 years old; c) Native Chinese, right handed; d) Montreal Assessment Scale (MOCA) score>26 points; e) Daily living ability (ADL) remains normal, with a score of = 18 on the ADL scale (14 items), informed consent, and voluntary participation; f) No contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (such as claustrophobia, presence of metal implants in the body, etc.); g) Only those who meet all the inclusion criteria mentioned above can be included in the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for aMCI group a) Having a positive history of neurological disorders (such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); Treatment that affects cognitive function (such as the treatment of acute mental illness episodes, the treatment of memantine, rivastatin, and donepezil); b) Having a significant history of mental illness (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) or severe anxiety and depression; c) Existence of severe heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine diseases, or cancer; d) Unable to conduct neuropsychological assessments, such as severe visual and auditory impairments, illiteracy, etc; e) Received cognitive rehabilitation within three months.
