Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? According to the 2015 International movement disorder society (MDS) diagnostic criteria of PD; ? Have normal comprehension, audio-visual and language ability, and can complete the relevant rating scale; ? patients with complete medical records and imaging data; ? The patients cooperated well and the data were true and accurate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other diseases causing LBP, such as thoracolumbar fracture, severe lumbar disc herniation, etc.; (2) a history of severe physical or mental illness; ? combined with other diseases that cause parkinsonian syndrome, such as intracranial infection, toxic reactions, etc.; ? patients with long-term oral analgesics.
