Yi-Shen-Hua-Shi treatment group:Receive regular RAAS inhibitor in combination with Yi-Shen-Hua-Shi (1 bag three times daily) for 4 months
control group:Receive regular RAAS inhibitor

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-70 years ?Patients with stage 1-3A chronic kidney disease according to the KIDGO guidelines and 24-hour proteinuria > 0.5g ?Patients agreed to participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who have received kidney replacement therapy such as hemodialysis or are expected to enter maintenance dialysis within 3 months; ? Patients with history of antibiotic or probiotics use within 3 months; ? Patients with coronary heart disease, acute and chronic heart failure, acute infectious diseases, cerebral infarction, gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatitis, tumor and other diseases in recent 6 months;? Patients who are critically ill, and expected survival less than six months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
abundance and diversity of gut flora;reduction in 24h proteinuria greater than 50%;reduction in serum creatinine more than 1/3 of baseline;
