Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery requiring intraoperative single-lung ventilation OLV;ASA physical status of I to II; Intraoperative use of electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy; Aged 18-85 years; Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious pulmonary diseases: such as pulmonary atelectasis, COPD Recent respiratory infection Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Any disease affecting the placement of the bronchial blocker
