Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children >28 days and =6 years of age 2. Elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass 3.ASA=?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing psychiatric or neurological disorders 2. Eye diseases 3. Muscle weakness 4. Preoperative delirium 5. Preoperative and postoperative cardiac mechanical support therapy 6. Transfer or unwillingness to cooperate with the study 7. Hyperbilirubinemia
