Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 2020 to June 2022, 500 patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) valve replacement and aortic surgery in The Department of Cardiology, Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University From July 2020 to June 2022, 500 patients received VATS radical resection for lung cancer and esophageal cancer in The Department of Thoracic Surgery, Huadong Hospital affiliated to Fudan University 2. Be able to learn how to use wearable devices with remote monitoring function and personal mobile terminals under the guidance of the staff. Education level in junior high school or above is preferred 3. Age and gender are not limited 4. Voluntarily participate in this project with informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participate in other clinical trials or go to other hospitals for treatment or rehabilitation
