18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age older than 18 years ? Locally advanced, metastatic or recurrent thyroid adenocarcinoma, neuroendocrine tumors, prostate cancer and other advanced malignant tumors that have failed pathologically confirmed conventional treatment or are unwilling to carry out conventional treatment, 18F-FAA PET/CT imaging positive, suitable for 131I, 177Lu-DOTA-TATE, 177Lu-PSMA and other nuclear internal radiation treatment ? At least 1 measurable lesion can be assessed by PET/CT evaluation. ? Expected survival is greater than 3 months ? Physical Condition ECOG score 0-2 points ? There are no serious abnormal blood system, heart, and lung function, and the blood system and terminal organs are well functioned(ANC = 1500 mm3 , platelets = 100,000/mm3 , hemoglobin = 9 g/dL, serum creatinine =1.8 mg/dL or creatinine clearance > 50 mL/min, bilirubin = 1.5 mg/dL, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST) = 2.5 times the upper limit of normal

Exclusion criteria: ? Glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency ? Oxalic acid kidney stones ? Patients with high iron load, hemochromatosis, or hemosiderosis ? Active heart disease and other serious uncontrolled conditions ? Pregnant or lactating
