Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. = 65 years old 2.ASA ?-? 3.transthoracic echocardiography can be performed 4. The patient and their family understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form 5. Planned to undergo elective tracheal intubation surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Ejection fraction (EF) <40% 2.Severe and poorly controlled hypertension 3.Hyperthyroidism with untreated or poor efficacy 4.Severe arrhythmia 5.Renal ischaemia 6.Aneurysmal vascular disease (including thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta, intracranial, and peripheral arteries) or arteriovenous malformations 7. History of cerebral hemorrhage 8. Allergy to esketamine and ketamine 9.There were acute angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, and previous cardiac interventions in the last 12 months 10.With acute pulmonary infected patients or liver and kidney insufficiency
