Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome refer to the "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2020 edition)" prepared by the Chinese Society of Diabetology (CDS) : those who meet the following three or more can be diagnosed: (1) abdominal obesity (i.e., central obesity) : waist circumference =90 cm in males and =85 cm in females; The girth of central obesity was the circumference of the body circumference at the horizontal position of the lower margin of the costal arch in the middle axillary line and the midpoint of the iliac ridge line. ? Hyperglycemia: fasting blood sugar = 6.1mmol /L or 2 h after glucose load blood sugar = 7.8mmol /L and or have been diagnosed with diabetes. Hypertension: blood pressure =130/85 mmHg or has been diagnosed as hypertension; ? Fasting triglyceride (TG) =1.70 mmol/L or have been diagnosed with hyperlipidemia; ? Fasting HDL-C< 1.04mmol /L or have been diagnosed with hyperlipidemia. (2) Age 30 to 70 years old, male or female; (3) The subjects can understand the purpose of the clinical trial, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Women during pregnancy and breastfeeding; (3) Patients with serious complications of type 2 diabetes (such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic foot, diabetic ketoacidosis, etc.); (4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, and renal insufficiency due to poor drug control of grade 2-3 hypertension; (5) suffering from serious mental illness and speech and hearing impairment; (6) Patients who participated in other clinical trials or performed regular tai chi exercises within the past 3 months; (7) The investigator judged that the patient had poor compliance and could not complete the clinical trial as required.
