Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (I) Pregnant women (before 28 weeks of gestation) attending outpatient care during prenatal pregnancy, aged 18 years or above; (2) resided in the study city for more than 3 months; (3) Voluntarily participate in this survey, be able to fully understand the informed consent process, agree to accept questionnaires and take urine and rectal swab samples and blood samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antibiotics in the last 2 weeks.
