Interventions

Experimental group:On the basis of the control group, intervention was given with Xuming Tongmai Tang combined with blood pricking and brain awakening therapy.
Control group:Perform blood flow recanalization therapy in addition to basic Western medicine treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine for acute ischemic stroke; (2) 3 points =NIHSS=20 points; (3) GCS score > 5; (4) 18 years = age =80 years; (5) Patients were included within 72 hours of onset, and blood flow recanalization therapy (intravenous thrombolysis, arterial thrombolysis, mechanical thrombolysis) was performed in our department; (6) The patient or legal representative gives informed consent and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brain injury, brain tumor, brain parasitic disease and other brain diseases, or patients with immune system diseases are confirmed by examination; (2) Patients with a history of stroke and residual sequelae seriously affecting the outcome assessment, that is, the modified Rankin scale before the onset of this stroke =2 scores; (3) Patients with malignant tumor, cachexia, moderate to severe malnutrition (albumin 80u/l; Serum creatinine > 266umol/l (male), serum creatinine > 212umol/l (female)); (5) People with other non-cerebrovascular diseases caused by limb movement dysfunction; (6) other diseases or mental disorders that the investigator believes may limit the evaluation of neurological function or affect patient follow-up; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; (9) There are contraindications for the drug therapy used in this study.
