18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Between the ages of 18 and 65, regardless of gender; (2) Have a history of chronic hepatitis B and no symptoms of decompensated cirrhosis; (3) Appearing digestive symptoms such as fatigue, anorexia, vomiting, or abdominal distension; (4) Serum TBil = 10 × ULN or daily increase = 17.1 µ Mol/L; (5) 30%<PTA = 50%; (6) There is evidence of infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Co infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), other hepatitis virus infections, or other liver damage; (2) Malignant tumors; (3) Acute attacks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Renal failure; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Mental illness patients; (7) Severe active bleeding or disseminated intravascular coagulation; (8) Highly allergic to blood products or drugs used during the treatment process, such as plasma, heparin, and protamine; (9) Severe circulatory failure.
