18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) adult patients diagnosed with carotid artery stenosis and will undergo reconstruction surgery; 2) best-corrected visual acuity = 0.8; 3) Signed informed consent, and is willing to participate in this study Normal control group 1) Adults excluded from CAS through imaging examination; 2) Best corrected visual acuity = 0.8; 3) Sign an informed consent form and be willing to participate in this project and follow up at the time specified by our research institute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with other ocular diseases such as glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, ischemic optic neuropathy, etc.; 2) patients previously received any fundus treatment such as retinal laser, intravitreal injection and vitrectomy, etc.; 3) axial length > 26mm or diopter < -6D; 4) undergone cataract surgery within 3 months; 5) refractive interstitial opacity affecting the quality of OCTA images
