Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASAI~III patients; 2. Age>75 years old; 3. Sign an informed consent; 4. Laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.the operating time is between 2-4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combining severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological or mental illness, liver and kidney insanity; 2. Regular use of painkillers or antidepressants before surgery; 3. People with MoCa scores< 23 are considered as cognitive impairment before surgery; 4. People can not comply with the test agreement.
