Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery disease: (1) Comply with the "2021 ACC/AHA/SCAI Coronary Artery Revascularization Guidelines" jointly developed by the American Heart Association (ACC), American Heart Association (AHA), and Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventional Association (SCAI) for the management of bypass surgery; (2) Gender unlimited, adult patients aged 30-70 (including patients aged 30 and 70); (3) Informed consent and sign an informed consent form. 2. Non coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (valvular heart disease): (1) The cardiac surgical indications for valve repair and replacement surgery in accordance with the 2021 ESC/EACTS Guidelines for the Management of Valvular Heart Disease developed by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons (EACTS); (2) Gender unlimited, adult patients aged 30-70 (including patients aged 30 and 70); (3) Informed consent and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a heart function of Class IV; (2) Patients with concomitant rheumatic heart disease, active endocarditis, pulmonary hypertension, and ventricular septal rupture; (3) Acute phase of cerebral infarction; (4) Complication with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (5) There have been acute infections in the past 2 weeks; (6) Have a history of trauma or surgery within the past 2 months; (7) Those who have merged with other more serious diseases and must be treated (such as hematological diseases, tumors, etc.); (8) Uncontrolled hypertension (resting blood pressure>160/95mmHg within a week); (9) Diabetes does not reach the general control standard, or serious diabetes complications occur; (10) Informed consent notification related to mental, neurological, or intellectual disabilities that cannot cooperate with research; (11) Pregnant or lactating women; (12)During the surgery, the sample size did not meet the testing requirements.
