Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection undergoing surgical treatment; ? The patient or their authorized client agrees to use the patient's clinical data and imaging information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Previously suffering from malignant tumors, hematological diseases, and severe heart, liver, lung, and kidney diseases; ? Patients who cannot accurately determine the duration of the type A aortic dissection; ? Patients lacking critical clinical data; ? Can’t determine whether it is a patient with primary reverse avulsion type A dissection. ? Previously underwent aortic surgery; ? Have a history of cerebral infarction or hemorrhagic stroke; ? Lack of necessary imaging examination data.
