Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients hospitalized due to heart failure. 2)HF hospitalization discharge date recorded. 3)Patients aged 18 years or older at the first diagnosis of heart failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients without baseline sK record.
