Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older than or equal to 18 years old; ASA class i~iii; Laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia is scheduled, and the estimated operation duration is less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unplanned or emergency surgery; ? Those with mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, chronic pain disease, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; ? Severe liver and kidney disease (child Pugh grade C, requiring renal replacement therapy); ? Severe bradycardia (HR < 50 beats / min), atrioventricular block above second degree without pacemaker, sick sinus syndrome, cardiac insufficiency (EF < 30%); ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Those who have allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study.
