60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Seniors are able to walk independently indoors, with/without a walker, and are able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Older people who cannot walk without help from others, are deemed unfit by their GP due to an unstable medical condition, have been diagnosed with a heart attack within the last 3 months, have been diagnosed with dementia, or are unable to follow instructions and answer interview questions, or are living in a care home will be excluded.
