Group A:The LMA Protector Laryngeal mask will be inserted without muscle relaxants during induction of general anesthesia
Group B:The LMA Protector Laryngeal mask will be inserted with muscle relaxants during induction of general anesthesia

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing short gynecological surgery 2.18-65 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA), I-III. 4.After anesthesia assessment, the patient/family member has informed consent and signed a consent form; 5.The patient's general clinical information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.predictable difficult airway; 2.mouth opening 35 kg/m2; 5.history of gastroesophageal reflux; 6.High risk of reflux aspiration; 7.a combination of psychiatric disease or history of allergy to conventional anesthetic drugs.
