60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical diagnosis AD or MCI (clinical diagnosis is given by our senior Neurology according to NIA-AA standard) (2) When signing the informed consent form, the age is = 60 years old; (3) Body mass index (BMI) = 20; (4) There are data on the examination of radioactive PET tracers (Florbetapir F18, Florbetaben F18) and radioactive PET tracers (Flortaucipir F18);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from major Nervous system disease affecting the central nervous system other than AD, which may affect cognition, including but not limited to other types of dementia, severe brain infection, Parkinson's disease, multiple Concussion, epilepsy or recurrent seizures; (2) The MRI results show evidence of significant abnormalities, suggesting the existence of another potential cause of progressive dementia (3) Received a response to A ß Active immunotherapy; (4) Suffering from serious mental illness; (5) Existence of serious or unstable diseases with an expected lifespan of less than 24 months;
