Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Living preterm infants <32 gestational weeks admitted within 24 hours after birth; The clinical data is complete (including basic information of mother and baby, relevant complications, and outcome informations).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm infants >32 gestational weeks. Extremely/very preterm infants who die in the delivery room. There are various congenital diseases in children that may affect the effectiveness of clinical intervention, such as complex congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformations, etc.
