Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy people inclusion criteria: -Age: 18 years of age (inclusive) or older -Gender: male and female in equal proportions -Patients with negative colonoscopy Inclusion criteria for patients with polyps (cancer): -Age: 18 years of age (inclusive) or older -Gender: male and female, in equal proportions -Patients with colorectal polyps (cancer) diagnosed by colonoscopy and pathology
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy individuals: -Have a tumor or gut-related disease, such as breast cancer, ulcerative colitis, etc. -have taken antibiotics, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids or probiotics within 30 days before the study Exclusion criteria for patients with polyps (cancer): -Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer -Taking antibiotics, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids or probiotics within 30 days before the study
