Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shock patients with stable hemodynamics (when the dosage of vasoactive drugs is stable or reduced, and norepinephrine is = 0.5ug/kg/min) plan to initiate enteral nutrition; 2. Age 18 years or older; 3. Stay in ICU for more than 24 hours, NRS-2002 = 3; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for enteral nutrition (uncontrolled shock, uncontrolled hypoxemia and acidosis, active gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal ischemia and obstruction, abdominal compartment syndrome, high flow intestinal fistula without distal feeding channels); 2. Previous chronic gastrointestinal diseases (such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) or admission to the ICU due to abdominal surgery; 3. Chronic severe liver disease, chronic renal failure, advanced tumors; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Multiple organ failure, brain death.
