18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-80 years old; ? Type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed according to WHO standards in 1999; ? Patients who have been diagnosed with fatty liver using B-ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging; ? No history of alcohol consumption or alcohol consumption equivalent to less than 30g/d for males and less than 20g/d for females; ? Glycated hemoglobin>7.5%; ? Body mass index: 24kg/m2~45kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes or other special types of diabetes; ? Significant liver and kidney dysfunction; ?Having undergone weight loss surgery or using drugs known to cause liver steatosis (amiodarone, valproate, tamoxifen, methotrexate, steroids, etc.); ? Patients who changed anti diabetes drugs after the intervention began; ? HIV positive individuals; ? Patients with a history of mental illness who cannot cooperate with this project's research.
