60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 to 85 years old, 19 = BMI (kg/m2) = 29; 2. ASA?~?; 3. It is planned to perform laparoscopic radical operation of gastrointestinal malignant tumor under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. The types of operation include: laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, laparoscopic left hemicolectomy, laparoscopic right hemicolectomy, laparoscopic radical sigmoid cancer and laparoscopic radical rectal cancer; 4. Plan to stay in hospital for =48 hours after the operation; 5. Enrolled patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA? III or above; 2. Patients who refused to join the group; 3. People with important organ dysfunction, such as severe arrhythmia, abnormal heart, liver and kidney function; 4. Patients who plan to enter ICU after operation; 5. There is severe hypoproteinemia (albumin < 25g/L); 6. People who are allergic to colloid; 7. Those who may use diuretics during operation; 8, unable to read and write Chinese, communication barriers; 9, emergency surgery or trauma patients; 10. Oral and facial trauma, active oral bleeding, and serious tooth loosening.
