Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of alcohol consumption or alcohol consumption equivalent to less than 140g/week for males and less than 70g/week for females; (2) Excluding specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune liver disease, etc; (3) The manifestations of liver imaging meet the diagnostic criteria for diffuse fatty liver and there are no other reasons to explain; (4)Patients with metabolic syndrome components experience continuous increases in liver function ALT and/or AST, GGT, but not exceeding the normal upper limit by 5 times. (5) Triglycerides greater than 11.3 mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Alcoholic fatty liver disease; (2) Viral hepatitis (A, B, C, D, E); (3) Liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; Mental disorders, renal dysfunction, complications of diabetes, acute coronary syndrome and serious organic diseases; (5) Drug induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration;
