Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with a probable or confirmed diagnosis of SARSCoV-2 have insomnia symptoms that persist for at least 3 months within 3 months of contracting the epidemic and cannot be explained by another diagnosis; ?Diagnosis of chronic insomnia disorder in accordance with the International Classification of Sleep, Version 3 (ICSD-3) criteria ?18 years=Age=60 years; ?Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with mental illness and malignant tumors; ? Those with bleeding disorders; ? Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, and women who are breastfeeding; ? Those with allergies; ? Participants suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PCL-5 > 22 points); ? Insomnia caused by organic diseases.
