Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset was unilateral hemiparesis and diagnosed as subcortical injury by CT or MRI;(2) Age 18-80 years old; (3) Duration of the disease was from 7 days to 3 months after the onset of the disease; (4) The affected hand had Brunnstrom staging II-III; (5) The condition was stable, conscious, with Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) =26 points, and able to cooperate with the completion of required rehabilitation training; (6) The patients or their family members gave their informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and other important organ dysfunction; (2) patients with previous Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy, and other motor dysfunction; (3) patients with a history of metallic implants or pacemaker implantation in the skull; (4) patients with malignant tumors; (5) patients who have taken or are currently taking medications to alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex; and (vi) patients with improved Ashworth index scores of the flexor and extensor muscle groups of the hand that are > grade 1+.
