Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the early diagnostic criteria of the guidelines; (2) The underlying disease causing HFpEF is hypertension and/or coronary heart disease (including coronary microcirculation disorders) in patients; (3) Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is in line with the unfavorable syndrome of gasification, and there are cases where water consumption stops internally; (4) Age: 40-85 years old; (5) Volunteer to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) For patients with drug allergies in this study; (2) Patients with other types of diseases that lead to HFpEF (such as cardiomyopathy, diseases related to right heart and pulmonary hypertension, and extracardiac diseases); (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with mental illness or poor compliance; (5) Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or other reasons that prevent communication.
