Inclusion criteria: (1)day-time junior college students (2)Internet Addiction Scale (Chen Internet Addiction Scale, CIAS) score ?64 points (grades 1 to 3) or ?68 points (grades 4 to 5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)participating in low-motivation (2)off-campus internships (3)receiving psychiatric medication or psychotherapy
