Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing knee replacement surgery under elective tracheal intubation and general anesthesia 2) ASA Level II-III 3) Age 65-80 4) Volunteer to participate in this research project
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Esketamine, oxycodone intolerance 2) Taking strong opioids or monoamine oxidase inhibitors 2 weeks before the study 3) History of alcoholism and drug abuse 4) BMI>30 5) Sleep apnea syndrome 6) Severe liver and kidney diseases 7) Mental and physical illness, unable to communicate and understand
